I wanted to quickly reach out to you with regard to my experience with Glennpeter and in particular, Ryan. As you know, I finally broke down and purchased the Hearts on Fire diamond and band for my wife. I am a repeat customer in that I purchased her original ring from Glennpeter over 12 years ago.
As I have so much access to the Diamond District here in NYC (only work a few blocks from it), I had many choices of diamonds to get. I liked a few … highly liked them. But, the people I was dealing with were not as workable as was Ryan. I wanted not only the ring to be high quality (which obviously HOF is) but also some attention paid to me of for I was making such a large purchase that I wanted and needed some hand holding in the process.
Ryan did just that. He was in constant communication with me via email. He showed me many diamonds, some of which I could dismiss easily, some not so easily. Ryan provided a list of diamonds that I could choose from. He was welcoming and professional when I met him.
The diamond and band was delivered yesterday. The HOF certificate was included and also a note on what I needed to send to HOF. Everything was easy and thorough. The ring looks great and I cannot wait to give my wife the ring the day AFTER Christmas (will explain that when I come back in for the trade).
Bottom line……if Ryan was rude or not professional or pushy in anyway, I would have walked for I had so many other options. He was just the opposite and that, along with the quality of the diamond, is why I gave you my business and will continue to give you my business in the future. — D.C.
